Meet Adam, Larch technician

Technician · heating, cooling and appliances

Adam is a technician and co-owner. He works on refrigerators, washers, dryers, ranges, dishwashers, furnaces, heat pumps and mini-splits across the north Seattle metro, from Shoreline to Everett. On a call he tests before he replaces anything, shows you the failed part and writes the price before the repair starts. The repair notes on our blog are his.

Adam runs the company with his brother Sam; on Google, customers mention them both by name.

Send the basics and we call you back with an arrival window, most days the same morning.

  • Diagnostic inside the repair The office names the fee when you call or book. It becomes part of the repair price when you say yes; pass on the repair and it is all you pay.
  • Up to $18 off Any repair requested through the online form. The diagnostic itself is never reduced.
  • $10 off A second appliance’s diagnostic when we check it during the same trip.

Requests sent from this form get up to $18 off the repair. The diagnostic stays the same and is folded into any repair you approve.
